Shift Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage

Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Travel & Lodging: Covered; Malpractice: Not Covered (must be included in hourly rate)

PATIENT INFORMATION

Patient Demographics: Adult patients

Average Daily Volume: 20 clinic patients per day; EP lab procedures 2 days/week

Case Mix: EP studies, cardiac ablations (AFib, SVT, VT), pacemaker/ICD/CRT implants, device management

FACILITY INFORMATION

EMR System: Cerner

Support Staff Available: Full clinic support including APP

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

EP studies

Cardiac ablations (AFib, SVT, VT, etc.)

Pacemaker implantation

ICD implantation

CRT device implantation

Device checks and management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: Board Certified in Electrophysiology

Licenses: Active Michigan license

DEA: Active DEA certification

Certifications: Board Certified, DEA

Other Qualifications: Local provider, COVID -19 vaccinated

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide outpatient clinic coverage seeing 20 patients per day

Perform electrophysiology studies and cardiac ablations (AFib, SVT, VT)

Implant pacemakers, ICDs, and CRT devices

Conduct device checks and management

Collaborate with clinical support team including APP
