Patient Demographics: 50% Adult, 50% Geriatric
Average Daily Volume: 5 IP, 15-20 OP
Case Mix: Electrophysiology (ablations, ICD, pacemaker, cardioversions, TEEs)
% Outpatient vs Inpatient: 60/40

FACILITY INFORMATION

EMR System: Epic

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Credentialing Timeline: 2 weeks

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

• Ablations, ICD, Pacemaker, Cardioversions, TEEs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC in Cardiology
Licenses: Active IN license, IMLC or eligibility to apply
Experience: Minimum 5 years post‑residency
Others: Completed fellowship in Cardiology/EP

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform EP procedures including ablations, ICD implantations, pacemaker insertions, cardioversions, and TEEs.
Provide both inpatient and outpatient care for adult and geriatric patients.
Manage a patient volume of approximately 5 inpatients and 15–20 clinic patients per day.
Collaborate with support staff and utilize Epic EMR for documentation.
Maintain a no‑call schedule with weekday clinic and hospital rounding.
