Shift: Days (Rotating Weekends)
Hourly Pay Range: $27.00 - $36.00 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

About the Role

We are hiring a skilled Electrophysiology Technologist (EP Tech) to join our advanced cardiology team. You will assist in the performance of complex EP procedures and device implants, ensuring precise and high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic outcomes. Responsibilities

• Prepare, operate, and maintain EP lab equipment for diagnostic and interventional procedures

• Assist physicians in performing ablations, pacemaker/ICD implants, and other electrophysiology procedures

• Monitor patient vitals and ECG during procedures and communicate observations

• Maintain procedural documentation and patient records in accordance with hospital protocols

• Ensure equipment calibration, inventory control, and safe work practices

• Support procedural planning, patient education, and post-procedural care as needed

• Collaborate with cardiology teams and ensure patient safety, comfort, and procedural efficiency

Requirements

• 1+ year of recent acute care experience as an EP Technologist

• Associate Degree required

• Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) OR Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with valid Florida State license

• BLS (AHA) – required within 30 days of hire

• ACLS (AHA) - required within 90 days of hire
