Job Description - Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Elementary Speech Pathology Openings (SLP) – 2025–2026 Academic Year | Location: Georgia | On-Site | Full-Time

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a forward-thinking school district to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students during the 2025–2026 school year. This on-site position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by delivering comprehensive communication support in a collaborative, student-focused environment.

As the school-based SLP, you’ll work directly with elementary-aged learners to assess speech and language needs, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and contribute to the development of IEPs. You’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and school support staff to ensure every student receives the services needed to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with educational teams.

Creating and delivering individualized, evidence-based therapy sessions.

Performing speech-language assessments and interpreting results to guide IEP goals.

Documenting student progress and maintaining compliance with state and district guidelines.

Partnering with caregivers and teachers to reinforce speech and communication strategies in daily settings.

Requirements

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply—supervision available.

Valid (or eligible) Georgia state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
