Now Hiring: Elementary Special Education Teacher (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Schedule: Mid-September 2025 – January 2026

Location: Elementary Resource Room | Illinois School District

Caseload: 8–9 students

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a welcoming elementary school to fill a temporary Special Education Resource Teacher position beginning mid-September through January 2026. This full-time role will support a small group of students (grades K–5) in a structured resource setting, with a focus on academic growth and individualized instruction.

As the Resource Teacher, you’ll provide specialized instruction in reading and math, aligned with students’ IEP goals. You’ll also collaborate with general education staff, service providers, and families to monitor progress and ensure continuity of services during the school year. The position offers a manageable caseload of 8–9 students, providing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and student-centered environment.

Requirements

Valid Illinois teaching license with LBS1 endorsement.

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Experience with small-group instruction and IEP implementation.

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
