Elementary Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and abilities.

- Utilize technology effectively in the classroom to enhance learning experiences.

- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.

- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly to ensure all students achieve their potential.

- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Plus two years minimum in the classroom.

- Valid teaching certification for elementary education a plus.

- Strong understanding of differentiated instruction strategies.

- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
