Elementary/Middle School Guidance Counselor

St, Francis of Assisi Catholic School isseeking a caring, dedicated, and faith-filled Guidance Counselor to join our school community for the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate will support the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth of our elementary and middle school students while working collaboratively with faculty, staff, and families.

Responsibilities Include:

· Providing individual and small group counseling

· Supporting students’ social and emotional development

· Collaborating with teachers, parents, and administration

· Assisting with student behavior and conflict resolution

· Helping create a positive and supportive school environment

· Maintaining confidentiality and appropriate documentation

Qualifications:

· Degree in School Counseling or related field

· Current counseling certification/licensure preferred

· Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students preferred

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Commitment to supporting the mission and values of the school
