Key Responsibilities:

• Service, repair, and troubleshoot elevator equipment as needed.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on assigned elevator routes.
• Respond promptly to work order requests.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Carry out additional related duties as required.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience servicing residential elevators.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift over 75 pounds as part of a fit-for-duty assessment.
• Clean, valid driver's license.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Certified Elevator Technician (CET) or Elevator Mechanic License (preferred).
