The Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced Property & Casualty (P&C) and Employee Benefits (Group Health) sales producers to expand our consulting services geographic footprint for businesses throughout the greater Kansas City markets. The candidate we seek would feel comfortable selling to senior-level executives and business owners.

Top candidates for this role will have at least three years of producing experience in the insurance industry and a proven track record using a highly consultative sales approach. You will be targeting CFOs, CEOs, and other high-level executives. If you can't see yourself in a business-to-business consultative selling environment offering proposals from $250K- $1.5MM, this position is not for you.

We are hiring due to our commitment to achieving aggressive organic growth objectives. We will provide you with the proper training and a true mentor who is a senior partner in our agency. Our process provides an unparalleled framework for training, development, and personal growth objectives.

Salary

The starting salary is $75k—$95k, depending on the candidate's experience and skill set, plus commission. We prefer candidates who want to double their income, but not overnight. To achieve this level of success, you cannot be afraid of prospecting C-level professionals who may have never heard of our firm.

Requirements

A college degree and a strong Business-to-Business sales background are required. You need strong hunting, prospecting, entrepreneurial, and business development skills, confidence to bet on yourself, and humility to be coachable to excel in this role.
