EMA Bond

Job Summary:

The Assembler is responsible for preparing, applying, and curing ema bond product in accordance with production specifications and quality standards. This role ensures components are bonded, sealed, and finished to meet customer and industry requirements while following all safety and handling procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and technical specifications for adhesive applicationrequirements.
• Prepare surfaces for bonding, including cleaning and abrading
• Accurately apply Ema bond adhesive using manual or automated equipment.
• Monitor cure times to ensure bond integrity.
• Inspect completed assemblies for defects, proper adhesion, and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations
• Adhere to safety guidelines and PPE use
• Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to troubleshoot application or bonding issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and drawings.
• Basic math skills for measuring and recording data.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

•  Standing, bending, and working with hands for extended periods.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs as required.
• Exposure to adhesives, sealants, and related odors; PPE required.
