Role Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Management: Support and manage email marketing campaigns.
  • Email Campaigns: Plan, build, test, and deploy various types of email campaigns.
  • List Management: Segment and manage email lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • A/B Testing: Design and implement tests to optimize email performance.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
  • Email Deliverability: Maintain and improve deliverability and sender reputation.
  • Basic HubSpot Tasks: Execute essential tasks like list uploads, report generation, and workflow management.

Production Coordination

  • Content Matrix Management: Maintain and update content calendars.
  • Deadline Management: Track production timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Project Management: Use Monday.com and Google Workspace to manage workflows and track progress.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with content creators and designers.
  • Content Publishing: Upload, format, and publish content on the website using WordPress.
  • Website Content Management: Assist with basic content updates on the website.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in email marketing and marketing operations.
  • HubSpot Expertise: Proven experience in email marketing, list management, automation, and reporting.
  • Campaign Development: Success in developing conversion-centric email campaigns.
  • A/B Testing: Strong understanding and ability to analyze results.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficient in using Monday.com or similar tools.
  • Content Management: Familiarity with content calendars and matrix management.
  • WordPress: Basic proficiency for content uploading and formatting.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Google Suite: Proficiency in Google products (Meet, Drive, Docs).
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
