Email Marketing Coordinator - Hiring Now

Position Summary:

The Coordinator will be responsible for the administration, execution and tracking of advertising materials for a variety of marketing campaigns, and other special projects as assigned. Works closely with the Email Marketing Manager to ensure success and on-time delivery of all marketing and advertising campaigns. This individual will be required to complete projects according to schedule which may require to work additional hours to obtain goals.

We’re looking for someone who will:

• Assist Email Marketing Manager with the execution of all email communications including, but not limited to,
  • Writing and submitting creative requests
  • Creating campaign requests
  • Implementing email campaign set up (including HTML)
• Thorough testing of all emails prior to deployment across the major ISP’s in both desktop & mobile
• Compile accurate and timely insightful reporting on all daily, weekly & monthly email metrics/KPI’s
• Maintain the yearly/monthly email calendar
• Maintain an archive all email campaigns
• Assist Marketing Manger with similar tasks for SMS channel
• Other duties may be assigned by supervisor or management. In the event of absence, duties for this position will be overseen by the position to which it reports.

Education and Experience –

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications required
• 1-3 years of professional experience in Marketing or related field

Computer Skills - Knowledge of the Internet, MS Office (strong excel), Outlook, RPI or related software
