Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo) for an e-Commerce Agency (US-based/Remote)

Our client is an e-commerce agency that works exclusively with subscription CPG brands in food, beverage, supplements, and health & wellness. We help brands convert and retain customers through Shopify optimization and Klaviyo retention marketing.

We're looking for a Klaviyo Specialist to join our retention team. You'll work alongside a Retention Strategist, email designer, and copywriter to build and execute retention programs for subscription CPG brands. You're the person who brings strategy to life inside Klaviyo - building the flows, automations, and campaigns that drive lifetime value for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain flows and automations in Klaviyo - this is where the real value gets created
• Set up campaigns, segments, and lifecycle programs based on strategic direction
• Implement A/B tests and ensure proper tracking
• Integrate Klaviyo with Shopify and subscription platforms like Skio and ReCharge
• QA all builds to ensure everything fires correctly
• Monitor deliverability and troubleshoot issues
• Stay current with Klaviyo's evolving features and best practices

• Deep expertise in Klaviyo - you know the platform inside and out
• Experience building flows, automations, campaigns, segments, and integrations
• Understanding of email/SMS deliverability best practices
• Familiarity with Shopify and subscription platforms like Skio and ReCharge
• Strong attention to detail - your builds are clean and error-free
• Genuine passion for CPG brands and the subscription commerce space
• AI-native mindset - you use tools like Claude to enhance your work, not replace yourthinking

• Remote position
• You'll be part of a retention pod with a Retention Strategist, email designer, and copywriter
• Head of Retention oversees quality and client success across all retention pods
• We use Slack for communication, Linear for project management, and Figma for design
• Fast-paced environment working with multiple subscription CPG clients
