We are seeking a skilled Embroiderer to join our production team. This is a hands-on, temp-to-hire opportunity for an experienced professional who can operate embroidery machines, maintain quality standards, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial embroidery machines to produce high-quality finished products

• Set up machines, including threading and material preparation

• Monitor embroidery runs for accuracy, alignment, and quality

• Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve minor machine issues

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

• Perform heavy lifting as required

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate production needs clearly

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience operating embroidery machines

• Strong knowledge of embroidery and sewing techniques

• Experience with machine setup and threading

• Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to lift heavy materials as required
