Job Description - Embroidery Headwear Trim Lead Team Member (Internal)

The Headwear Trim Group Lead is responsible for overseeing the headwear trimmers. This position is also responsible for ensuring quality and production company standards.

Schedule:

Second Shift hours, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee 10 - 15 Trimmers.
Assist trimmers with custom trim notes.
Ensure quality.
Communicate with the command center on operators needing work.
Additional duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED
Manufacturing experience required

Skills/Qualifications:

Ability to read instructions in English
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to solve problems
Ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
Must possess initiative, energy and drive
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers and management
Possess a positive attitude
Ability to perform quality control

Supervisory Responsibilities

None

Vision Requirements

Close and distance vision.
Color vision.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
Ability to move around the facility
Ability to move, reach, kneel and crouch
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed

Work Environment

Exposure to moderate noise level.
Exposure to loud noise level.
