• Adjust machine settings as necessary to ensure optimal performance and high-quality output.
• Monitor the production process, identifying any issues and troubleshooting effectively.
• Conduct quality control checks on completed products and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness in compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Embroidery Operator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of embroidery machine operation and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret design files and specifications.
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality control.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as required.
