ROLE HIGHLIGHTS

The Embroidery Team Lead plays a key role in collaborating with production leadership on machine operations and production. This is a full time, on-site position for someone with embroidery experience who's ready to take ownership of machine operations and production. The role is technical to start, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position overtime. 

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Operate Embroidery Machinery 
• Support in production planning and staging 
• Assist employees with troubleshooting 
• Serves as the designated backup in the absence of production supervisors 
• Lift materials up to 50lbs 

Ideal Candidate Profile 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

• Must have 5+ years of embroidery experience 
• Comfortable communicating in English (fluency preferred).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual. 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE COMPUTER SKILLS

• High school diploma, with a college degree preferred.

COMPUTER SKILLS  

Demonstrated high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
