Embroidery Team Member - 2nd Shift

JOB SUMMARY:
The Embroidery Team Member is part of an assigned group and is responsible for preparing products and operating a multi-head embroidery machine; responsibilities also include thread management, cleaning, and inspecting products while ensuring production of only the highest level of quality. 

SCHEDULE:

• 3:30 pm – 12:00 am Monday – Friday with Overtime (extended hours after the shift during the week Monday - Wednesday only) as required

• Meet and exceed production standards

• Verify product and components are correct
• Prepare product for production; including hooping,
• Prepare machine for production; including threading
• Remove excess threads and debris from the product
• Remove Pellon from inside of the product
• Add/remove stickers, hangtags, and UPC labels
• Minor machine maintenance
• Additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to stand for the duration of scheduled shift
• Repetitive use of both hands, all fingers, and both arms to handle, push/pull, touch, pinch, and/or grasp
• Ability to walk about the facility
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to demonstrate fine dexterity skills
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, reach overhead, and crouch
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed

• Close and distance vision
• Color vision
• Ability to thread a needle

• Exposure to moderate noise level.
