Base Salary Range: $109,000 – $125,000/year
Total Compensation Potential (with bonus): $128,075 – $157,812/year
Relocation Assistance: $15,000 lump sum + moving expense support

We’re hiring an experienced Emergency Department Director to lead a Level III trauma center and two freestanding EDs. This leadership role requires a results-oriented RN with at least 3 years of recent ED Director or Manager-level experience and a track record of improving operations, quality, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of ED operations, staffing, quality, and patient safety

• Lead multi-site management across main ED and two FSEDs

• Manage departmental budgeting, resource allocation, and growth initiatives

• Foster team development, engagement, and recruitment strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Nursing (required); Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare Administration (preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of recent leadership in ED settings (Director or strong Manager level)

• Experience managing Level III trauma volume and oversight of multiple sites preferred

Pay Breakdown:

• Base Salary: $109,000 to $125,000

• Bonus Incentive: 17.5% to 26.25% of base salary annually

  • Estimated Total Compensation Range:

    • Low end: $109,000 + 17.5% = $128,075/year

    • High end: $125,000 + 26.25% = $157,812/year
