Emergency Department Technician - Per Diem Day

Emergency Department Technician at Providence Petaluma Valley Hospital in Petaluma, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 12-hour Day shifts.

Under the supervision of an RN/LVN, the ED Patient Care Technician will provide direct patient care within their scope of practice.

Required Qualifications:

• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 2 years Direct patient care experience in an acute care setting within the past 5 years, unless related certification has been achieved within the past 2 years.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Upon hire: EMT, CNA, Medical Assistant, or Paramedic 
• ED Technician experience.
