• Coverage Period: Feb 17 – Ongoing

• Clinical Shift Schedule:

- Physicians: 7a-3p, 9a-5p, 3p-11p, 5p-1a, 11p-7a

- NP/PA: 6a-2p, 11a-11p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a, 11a-11p

PATIENT INFORMATION

• Patient Volume/Census: 45,000 annual volume

FACILITY INFORMATION

• Support Staff Available: NPs/PAs

• ICU Status: Closed ICU

• Reason for Coverage: Supplemental

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Rate: TBD

• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active VA Medical License or Eligibility

• Certifications: Physicians (MD/DO):Board Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)

NP/PA: NCCA or ANCC Certification, ATLS & ACLS (required once in career)

• NP/PA must have recent experience in a Main ED setting; no new graduates or candidates with only Urgent Care experience.

• DEA License
