Emergency Medicine NP/PA Dallas-Fort Worth Area

$95/hour | Permanent 1099 Independent Contractor

The Opportunity

A high-volume emergency department serving 30,000+ annual patient visits is adding an experienced APP to its team. As an Emergency Medicine NP or PA, you'll work alongside physicians in a structured, collaborative environment built around efficient, high-acuity care. This is a permanent 1099 role with consistent shift availability just outside Dallas.

Your Day-to-Day

• Deliver emergency medicine care across a full spectrum of acuity in a Trauma Center setting
• Collaborate closely with physicians and APP colleagues in a structured coverage model
• Document and manage patient care using Epic EMR
• Work 10-hour shifts across available windows:
  • 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM

What We're Looking For

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Medicine experience in a hospital-based ED
• Active Texas licensure or the ability to obtain it
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Comfortable working efficiently in a high-volume, fast-moving emergency department
