The Staff Pad is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician for a PRN opportunity at a high -volume, well -supported hospital in Marion, Illinois.

This role is ideal for physicians looking for premium compensation, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, resource -rich Emergency Department.

Position Highlights

Practice Details

• Team of 7 Emergency Medicine physicians
  
• Supported by 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
  
• Day Shift (7 AM – 7 PM): 1 physician + 1 APP
  
• Night Shift (7 PM – 7 AM): 1 nocturnist physician + 1 APP
  
• ~55 patients per day (moderate to high volume)
  
• ~11 daily admissions
  
• Robust referral base including ED visits, direct admits, and regional transfers
