• Shift Schedule: 8-10-hr shifts; Nights

- Weekdays: 7p-3a & 5p-1a

- Weekends: 7p-3a (or 5p-3a)

• Patient Volume: 23

• Admissions Required: Yes

- 17% IP; 11% OB admits

• Support Staff: 2 APPs, 9 RNs

- 5p-1a Weekday: has 2-3 physicians & 1-3 APPs

- 7p-3a Weekday: has 2-3 physicians & 1-3 APPs

- 7p-3a Weekend: has 2-3 physicians & 1-2 APPs

• 24-hr Support Services:

- Anesthesia, Cardio-Thoracic Surgery, Cath Lab, General Surg, Lab, Neuro-Surgery, OR Response Time, Orthopedic Surgery & Radiology.

• L&D Dept. Available: Yes

• Beds in the Dept: 53

• Trauma Level: III

• EMR: Cerner

• Hospital Privileges required: Yes

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active IN License or IMLC

• BC/BE

• BLS, ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS
