Emergency Medicine Physician - Level II Trauma Center | Up to $616K + $50K Sign-on

Join an advanced Level II Trauma Center as a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician in a picturesque North Dakota lakeside community. This role offers exceptional compensation with both W2 and 1099 options, allowing you to maximize your earning potential while delivering critical care in a modern, well-equipped facility.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency medical care in a 10,000-volume ED setting
• Perform advanced procedures including intubations, chest tubes, and critical care management
• Lead trauma resuscitations and manage complex medical conditions
• Collaborate with mid-level providers during peak hours
• Utilize Meditech EHR system for patient documentation

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM) preferred
• FM/IM physicians with 3+ years of ER experience (250+ case logs within past year) considered
• Current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications
• Active or eligible for North Dakota Medical License
• Strong clinical acumen and procedural competency
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• W2 Option: $250/hr base + $10/hr quality bonus ($561,600/year)
• 1099 Option: $275/hr base + $10/hr quality bonus ($615,600/year)
• $50,000 Sign-on bonus (3-year forgiveness period)

Work Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts with balanced day/night rotation
