- Feb 1, 4, 11, 20, 21, 22

• Shift Schedule:

- Mon -Fri: 6a -4p, 10a -8p, 12p -10p, 4p -2a, 8p -6a

- Sat -Sun: 6a -4p, 10a -8p, 4p -2a, 8p -6a

• Patient Volume: 110 (divided by providers)

• Annual ER Volume: 40,000

• Support Staff: Full Nursing, APPs (12 -hour coverage per day)

• Trauma Level: III

• Total No of Beds: 42

- Does not respond to house code.

- Hospitalist will write admission orders.

Requirements:

• Active MI License

• BC in EM

• BLS

• DEA

• Clean Record
