Specialty Backup Available: All subspecialties except FERN, ophthalmology, ENT, PEDs, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery, and Dialysis

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active Kentucky Medical License
Board: Board Certified ABEM or AOBEM
DEA: Kentucky DEA
Experience: 2 years of recent Emergency Medicine experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide emergency medicine coverage for 24-hour physician coverage
Supervise APC coverage for 8 hours, 6 days per week
Manage annual patient volume of 14,000 in a 14-bed ED
Utilize Epic with Dax Copilot for documentation
Collaborate with subspecialty backup services
