Position Overview:

PCR is seeking Emergency Medicine physicians to join a high-volume, fully equipped freestanding Emergency Department in Albany, NY. This 24/7 facility offers comprehensive emergency care with modern diagnostic tools, onsite lab and imaging, and remote radiology reads. The role includes flexible scheduling, continuity of care through system-wide cross-credentialing, and an outstanding clinical environment for dedicated EM providers.

• ED Volume: 42,000 annual visits

• EMR: Epic

• Facility: Full-service freestanding ED with advanced diagnostics

• Cross-Credentialing: Available within a larger integrated health system

• Shift Structure: 8–9 hour shifts; shift maps available upon request

• Transfer Rate: 9–10%

• 24/7 Radiology reads available

• J-1 Visa Sponsorship Available

Compensation:

• $220/hr (W2)

• $260/hr (1099)

• Sign-On Bonus: $100,000

• CME/BEA: $4,000 tax-free annually

• New Grad Package: $6,500 + licensing costs (state & DEA) in year one
