Position Overview:

PCR is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician to join a brand-new micro-hospital built in 2023 in Converse, TX. This modern facility offers a unique balance of a close-knit clinical environment with full inpatient capabilities and access to 24/7 emergency services.

• ED Volume: 16,000 annual visits

• Facility Type: Micro-hospital with 24/7 emergency and inpatient services

• Coverage Model: 12-hour shifts with physician and APP support

• Environment: Modern, streamlined facility with advanced diagnostic equipment

• Qualifications:

o BC/BP in Emergency Medicine

o OR BC/BP in Family or Internal Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience

o Current certifications in ATLS, ACLS, and PALS

Compensation:

Base Compensation: $250-280/hr (W2); $270-$300+ (1099)

• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000

• CME/BEA: $4,000 tax-free annually

• New Grad Package: $6,500 + licensing costs (state & DEA) in year one
