Position Overview:

PCR is recruiting Emergency Medicine physicians to join a high-functioning, freestanding Emergency Department in Glenpool, OK. This site delivers high-quality emergency care to a growing suburban population just 15 minutes south of Tulsa. The center is staffed exclusively by board-certified EM physicians and supported with modern diagnostics and on-site lab access.

• ED Volume: 19,000 annual visits

• Beds: 13 treatment rooms, including 1 trauma room and 1 psych-safe room

• Admission Rate: 14%

• Staffing Model: 12-hour shifts with 24 hours of physician coverage + APP support afternoons/evenings

• EMR: Epic

• 24-hour on-site lab

• On-site imaging: X-ray and CT

• Board-Certified EM physician-only model

• J-1 Visa Sponsorship & H1B Cap Exempt Available

Compensation:

• Base Compensation: $200/hr (W2) – $240/hr (1099)

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $90,000

• CME/BEA: $4,000 tax-free annually

• New Grad Package: $6,500 + licensing costs (state & DEA) in year one

• Employment Models: W-2 and 1099 available
