Emergency Medicine Physician – Up to $220/hr | Flexible Shifts | IL

The Staff Pad is hiring Emergency Medicine Physicians for multiple hospitals in Southern Illinois.

  • Up to $220/hr (1099) + $20/hr differential
  • W2 option available ($200/hr + full benefits + sign -on bonus)
  • 24 -hour shifts (critical access) or 12 -hour shifts 
  • Full -time or part -time (3–6 shifts/month)
  • Physician -only coverage at select sites (no APPs)

What we need:

  • BE/BC Emergency Medicine
  • Strong ER/trauma experience (must be comfortable working independently)

High autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong compensation.
