Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) with $7500 Bonus

Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Position  
Location: Monroe, WA 
Job Type: Travel Contract   
Duration: 13 weeks  
Shift: 3x12s Days 
Pay: $2340/week 
Completion Bonus: Up to $7,500 total. (You will receive $2,500 after the successful completion of each of your first 3 contracts with us)

Job Description:  

We are seeking an experienced and highly flexible Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic unit with 13 exam rooms, including 2 trauma rooms and 4 fast track beds. This role requires exceptional clinical judgment, proficiency in reading and interpreting tele strips, and the ability to manage a diverse patient population, including standard ER cases, psych holds, and occasional deliveries or prison patients. The successful candidate must be adaptable, as floating across the ED and inpatient units is required.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Must have experience with Triage, specifically ESI level 5.


• Care for the standard ER population, managing high-acuity trauma, psych holds, and occasional low-volume/high-risk events (e.g., deliveries).


• Must be competent in managing patients on Vents before transport to ICU and able to read and interpret Tele strips.


• Experience in a Level 3 or higher trauma setting is required.


• Charge experience is preferred.

Qualifications:  

• 2 years of experience is required (3 years preferred in old notes).


• Must have Level 3 or higher trauma experience.


• Must hold ACLS, BLS, ENPC or PALS, and TNCC. (All through the American Heart Association preferred).


• Active state license to submit is required.


• COVID vaccine and recent TB test may be required.
