Scheduled Weekly Hours:

• Casual position with no regular schedule.
• Competitive pay range of $38.01 to $57.29 per hour, based on experience.
• Casual pay incentive included.
• Provide high-acuity emergency nursing care in a rural hospital setting.
• Must have a valid Wisconsin RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and at least 2 years of Emergency Services Nursing experience.

In our Emergency Department, you will work alongside a dedicated team committed to safety, collaboration, and patient-centered care. This casual role offers flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact in a rural community where every patient encounter matters.

• Develop and implement patient-centered plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the care team.
• Provide competent, safe, and innovative nursing care based on patient acuity and clinical judgment.
• Document assessments, interventions, patient responses, and plan-of-care updates accurately and timely.
• Participate in quality improvement, shared governance, evidence-based practice, and ongoing professional learning.
• Support education of nursing colleagues and students.

• Current valid Wisconsin RN license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Services Nursing experience
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
• Commitment to patient- and family-centered care, safety, and teamwork
• Ability to collaborate, delegate appropriately, and support a culture of caring
