We are searching for the best talent for EMFA Coordinator.

The EMFA Coordinator plays a vital part in the essential journey of bringing medicines to patients by providing critical administrative support to the EMFA (Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities and Automation). You will be the driving force that keeps the office running smoothly, handling all support activities, time keeper management, and office logistics that enable the team to focus on their core responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a matrixed environment, engaging effectively with both Johnson & Johnson and our collaboration partner, Legend Biotech.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage business calendars with strong prioritization and daily time management.
  • Facilitate team and departmental meetings, both in-person and virtual.
  • Provide general office management duties such as ensuring appropriate stationary is stocked, and contacting relevant support services (i.e. Facilities, IT, etc.).
  • Interact with various levels of management while handling confidential documents with discretion.
  • Provide departmental support in helping rectifying time keeper issues, and assist in new employee onboarding activities
  • Solve complex problems using independent judgment and initiative.
  • Support local office logistics, including coordinating site visits and assisting in onboarding new staff.
  • Oversee SharePoint, document storage, and organization of relevant files.
  • Assist with team projects and initiatives, including communications and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage confidential information effectively.
  • Maintain and regularly update department organizational charts and contact telephone lists to ensure accurate and accessible information.
  • Support purchasing and payment processing partnering with accounting and purchasing teams
  • Support in budgeting processes
  • Support contingent workers administration

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of administrative experience is required.
  • Additional training or certifications related to administration are preferred.
  • Experience providing support to multiple individuals at various organizational levels is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) is required.
  • Experience coordinating daily calendars for management, scheduling meetings, organizing offsite meetings, managing domestic and international travel, and preparing PowerPoint presentations is preferred.
  • Must present themselves in a professional manner, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform administrative and organizational tasks effectively, along with strong verbal and written communication skills, and a solid understanding of corporate organization and procedures is required.
  • Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality, attention to detail, and professionalism, while working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and international environment is essential.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced growth situation, with ability to adapt to changing environment required
  • Ability to balance day to day operational demands with the need to extend and improve the planning horizon to prepare strategically to manage future demands required
  • Must be amenable to working in Raritan, NJ

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$52,500.00 - $84,525.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
