Emissions Analyst

• Provide technical support and streamlined background briefs 
  


• Prepare and format spreadsheets, reports, regulatory documents, and abstracts
  


• Review and maintain research databases
  


• Vet emission credit supply and demand opportunities in Texas and Louisiana, including ERC Generation
  


• Develop ERC applications for generation opportunities
  


• Engage the TCEQ and LDEQ as necessary
  


• Support the MECT campaign as lead originator
  


• Attend and help coordinate conferences and hosted events
  


• Assist with business development and client management
  

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering (or related field)
  


• 3+ years of experience, including environmental compliance and/or environmental management
  


• Knowledge of relevant rules and regulations, including Federal and Texas Clean Air Act (CAA)
  


• Strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills
  


• Ability to travel occasionally for conferences and conventions
  


• Able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
