The Employee Benefits Account Manager – Small Group Health & Individual Disability/Life is responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of small group employee benefits and individual disability/life clients consisting of dentists and dental practices. This role partners closely with producers, carriers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality service, ensure compliance, and support renewals and ongoing client needs.
