Employee Benefits Insurance Agent

Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Benefits Insurance Agent to their Pierce Insurance Agency team. This is a remote role based in NC.  

Job Summary

At Pierce Insurance Agency, Inc., we pride ourselves on building strong client relationships and providing top-tier benefits insurance solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a service-minded professional who thrives in a client-facing role and values excellence, accountability, and teamwork.

The Insurance Agent will interact with clients, educating clients on their coverage options, and guiding them through the process.

Essential Functions

• Conduct thorough discussions with clients


• Design and customize benefit packages tailored to the client


• Guiding clients through enrollment process by providing one on one enrollment


• Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients


• Identifying risks associated with benefits plans

Competencies and Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience within employee benefits


• Must hold an active NC Life & Health Insurance License


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills


• Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday


• Proficient in Microsoft Office
