Summary:

The EB Marketer will assist Producers with marketing of new business and existing Employee Benefits accounts and will maintain strong relationships with carriers. 

Responsibilities: 

• 30% Small Group Marketing
• 30% Insurance Knowledge
• 20% Relationships and Renewal Marketing
• 10% Teamwork
• 10% Determination

Requirements

Education and/or Experience:

At least five years related experience and/or training, preferably handling group health plans or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Must hold applicable state insurance license or have the ability to obtain such within 90 days of employment. Must be able to obtain insurance designations as set forth by the organization’s education plan.
