Salesforce is seeking a highly skilled and expert Senior Manager of Executive Compensation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a substantial role in crafting, implementing, and managing our executive compensation programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our executive compensation strategies align with our business objectives and attract, retain, and empower top talent. Executive Compensation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive executive compensation strategy aligned with the company's goals, objectives, and culture. 2. Program Design and Implementation: Design, benchmark, and implement executive compensation plans, including the annual bonus program. 3. Compensation Committee Support: Work closely with leadership on the creation of Compensation committee materials, agenda, and presentations. 4. Proxy Support: Assist in the preparation of the Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A), relevant tables, and other content for the annual proxy statement, collaborating with legal, accounting, and finance. 5. Financial Analysis: Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to perform financial analysis and forecasting related to executive compensation. 6. Communication and Education: Develop and deliver effective communication and education programs to improve employee understanding of executive compensation and foster engagement. 7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Employee Success (HR), Payroll, Legal, Finance, Tax, and other teams to address executive compensation-related matters. 8. Reporting and Benchmarking: Prepare analytics on executive compensation metrics, trends, and driven positioning, providing insights to senior leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 2. 7+ years in compensation administration, design, and strategy, preferably in a large, global organization. 3. Experience in research and analysis related to the annual proxy statement. 4. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to analyze sophisticated data and make strategic recommendations. 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to optimally convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. 6. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
