Matthew 25 AIDS Services is a non-profit healthcare clinic that specializes in the treatment of HIV/AIDS.

Overview:

The Employee Development and Engagement Specialist plays a vital role in fostering an engaged, skilled, and high-performing workforce. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs that enhance employee onboarding, training, career growth, and workplace culture. The Specialist works closely with leadership, supervisors, and employees to ensure that development opportunities are accessible, training plans are up to date, and employee engagement initiatives contribute to a positive and inclusive organizational culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field preferred.


• 2+ years of experience in employee training, development, or engagement roles preferred


• Experience working in a nonprofit organization or a strong desire to work in service driven environment.

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background test.
