Lucky Lincoln Gaming is a licensed Video Gaming Terminal Operator in Illinois with over 200 locations at present. Our dedication to providing exceptional service to our clients and customers and our tenured expertise and experience have established our team as one of the top Terminal Operators in the state of Illinois!
Cloud9 Cannabis is an upscale, community and education-focused recreational cannabis dispensary. With several locations across Illinois, we contribute our success to our mission-driven, dedicated team members that inform and guide customers by tailoring education and recommendations for creativity, relaxation, sleep-assistance, or pain management.
Our Senior People Experience Manager
Our Employee Engagement Manager, or our

Senior People Experience Manager,

will be responsible for employee engagement, culture, and strategy within the business. This person will also support talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, culture, benefits, among other initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement the organization's human resources strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives.
Provide strategic guidance and input to executive leadership in the development of organizational policies and programs.
Drive initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards.
Organizational Strategy:
Design and implement organizational development initiatives to enhance employee effectiveness and productivity.
Identify areas for improvement in organizational structure, job design, and workflow.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Introduce innovative and competitive benefits that support work-life balance, health, and personal development that impact employee satisfaction and retention
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Conduct regular assessments of employee morale and develop action plans to address areas of concern.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
Implement systems to track and measure employee performance and development.
Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance management best practices.
Oversight of
Budget and resource management
Aspects of talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes
Implement programs to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Lead efforts to enhance the employer brand and reputation as an employer of choice.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate HR-related risks.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Extensive experience in human resources management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) welcomed
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel as necessary.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all HR matters.
