Employee Health Nurse

We are actively recruiting for 1 Full-Time position.

The Employee Health Nurse supports the organization's employee health, safety, and wellness programs by promoting a safe and healthy work environment. Responsibilities include coordinating pre-employment and ongoing health requirements, managing immunization and fit-testing programs, supporting new employee onboarding, investigating workplace injuries, and monitoring employee health during infectious disease events. The role collaborates with internal departments and public health agencies to ensure regulatory compliance, facilitate return-to-work processes, and provide education that promotes employee safety and well-being.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: Excellent organization skills to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously and practice independent judgment to prioritize work with deadlines.  Excellent communication skills, follow-up, and high level of interpersonal skills required.

EDUCATION: Bachelor degree or associate degree in nursing.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY: Current Montana License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) is required. BLS certification required.
