The Human Resources Office is seeking an Employee Relations Officer who will...

  • Serve as primary labor relations expert for OHFA to include conducting investigatory interviews

  • Review, update, maintain, formulate, and facilitate implementation of HR policies

  • Serve as American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator for OHFA staff to include receiving and acting on ADA requests 

     

  • Serve as Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Act to prevent and address harassment and discrimination for OHFA staff and applicants

Item of Note:

  • This position will work from OHFA's offices which are located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231.

Applicants should demonstrate on their application how they meet the preferred qualifications to receive further consideration. 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Policy, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field; AND 3 years' experience in Human Resources of which at least two years are directly related to labor relations; AND possess experience with EEO, ADA, and/or policy writing.
  • OR 5 years' experience in Human Resources of which at least three years' experience is directly related to labor relations; AND possess experience with EEO, ADA, and/or policy writing.
