Employer Branding & Communication Specialist

Do you love telling stories and making people want to listen? 

We’re on the lookout for an Employer Branding & Communication Specialist to join our HR team and help us share Y Soft’s story – both inside and outside the company. 

We want someone who can make sure our culture and brand shine everywhere – from career fairs to intranet updates. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we’re seen, keeping internal comms fresh, and making sure our events leave a mark. 

WHAT YOU´LL DO?

Employer Branding & Events 

• Bring ideas to life that strengthen Y Soft’s employer brand


• Plan our presence at career fairs, conferences, and university events 


• Coordinate the Y Soft brand ambassador program


• Organize internal events – from budget to balloons


• Keep promotional materials and visuals sharp and up to date 

Internal Communications 

• Manage and develop internal channels like our intranet, newsletters and MS Teams updates


• Write in a way that makes people want to read to the end 


• Help colleagues share their stories in an impactful way 

Website & Social Media Content (occasionally)

• Help keep our career pages inviting and relevant


• Occasionally contribute to posts for Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn


• Try out new content formats to show off our culture (optional, but fun if you’re curious) 

ABOUT YOU:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Passion for communications, employer branding, or marketing


• Czech language at native level and English proficiency (B2/C1)


• Creativity and a knack for turning ideas into engaging content


• Bonus points for copywriting and storytelling skills 


• Familiarity with Canva (or other design tools) and CMS is a plus


• A driving license is an advantage
