About the Opportunity
The Employer Engagement Coordinator manages the USC Career Center’s On-Campus Recruitment Program, resume book service, Employer Partner Program, employer information sessions, and other employer-facing events and initiatives. This role is responsible for building and strengthening partnerships with employers and student organizations to develop, sponsor, and promote Career Center programming focused on career exploration and recruitment. The Coordinator also collaborates with campus partners to maximize employer outreach and foster cross-campus engagement. This position reports to the Associate Director of Employer Engagement.

The hourly rate range for this position is $31.80-36.99. When determining an offer, the University of Southern California considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate’s experience, education, training, key skills, internal peer alignment, applicable laws, contractual requirements, grant funding, and market conditions.
