Employment Case Manager - Manhattan

AHRC NYC is looking to hire a Case Manager for our Manhattan Employment Business Services (EBS) program.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (35 hours/week), with occasional evenings and weekends for recruitment events.

Salary: $38,000-$42,000 per year plus a low-to-no cost, comprehensive health benefit package. See Benefit information below

Essential Responsibilities

• Oversees coordination and direction of services for the pre-employment caseload

• Provides excellent customer service to participants and partners

• Conducts work readiness lessons for program participants

• Collaborates closely with the job development team to support participant employment

• Develops and maintains relationships with funding sources, service providers, schools and training sites, employers, participants and their families

• Ensures compliance with program requirements and regulations

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

• Experience in instructing or mentoring program participants

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently when needed
