Employment Counselor

Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business that provides a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients.  Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services.

We are recruiting an experienced Employment Counselor
to join our team. This contract assists eligible members by providing employment assistance services as a team member working under the Work For Warriors NC (WFWNC) to support eligible unemployed or underemployed members in their goals of achieving suitable and sustainable employment. The purpose of this program is to fulfill the intent of the overall mission of supporting the health and well-being of eligible members throughout the deployment cycle via Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program Outreach Services/Employment Assistance.
Work is onsite at Asheville, NC.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree or five (5) years of demonstrated practical related experience in education, counseling, workforce programs, social services or recruiting.


• Demonstrated capability in program/project coordination applications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• HIPAA and Privacy Act training.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Knowledge of standard office procedures.


• Ability to work independently and manage time.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


• Experience using software for database maintenance and reporting.
  

WORK AUTHORIZATION:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

LOCATION: Asheville, North Carolina
