We are looking for an Employment Law Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our top-ranked team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background spanning both counseling and litigation to help manage cases independently and collaborate effectively across the firm.

What will you be doing?

  Counsel employers on compliance and risk management.

  Represent employers in all phases of employment litigation.

  Manage matters independently while collaborating with the team.

  Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and other legal documents.

  Work with a diverse range of clients on complex employment law issues.

  
  

Key Requirements

• 
  

  3-5 years of direct employment law experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required.

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrated experience in both employment counseling and litigation.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
