Our client is a well-established Orange County litigation firm seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney with a strong background in wage and hour matters, including class actions and PAGA representative actions. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to build a long-term career in a firm known for sophisticated advocacy, high-profile results, and a collaborative culture.
The firm represents a broad range of clients from nationally recognized corporations to growing and emerging companies and has achieved consistently favorable outcomes on both the defense and plaintiff sides, including seven- and eight figure verdicts and settlements.
Attorneys are encouraged to grow and stay long-term, with a shorter partnership track than larger firms and an environment that values professional satisfaction, autonomy, and balance.
