We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Employment Services Supervisor to lead and grow our Supported Employment and Non-Residential Services programs throughout the region.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of Supported Employment and Non-Residential Services throughout the region.
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain Employment Specialists, Job Coaches, DSPs, and other support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with Tennessee ECF CHOICES requirements, TennCare standards, and organizational policies.
  • Maintain survey-ready documentation and oversee EVV/CareBridge integrity, documentation quality, and billing compliance.
  • Monitor program performance, employment outcomes, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Build relationships with employers, Vocational Rehabilitation, referral partners, and community stakeholders.
  • Support growth of employment and non-residential services across the region.
  • Obtain and maintain certifications required to provide Discovery, Job Development, and Time-Limited Job Coaching services.

Requirements

 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including supported employment or vocational services.
  • Minimum two (2) years of progressive supervisory or management experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of person-centered planning and employment support services.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all certifications required to provide Discovery, Job Development, and Time-Limited Job Coaching services.
  • Ability to meet all qualifications established by Tennessee Employment and Community First (ECF) CHOICES and the Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging.
  • Ability to complete all required state, payer, and organizational training within required timelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience leading employment services, workforce development, or community-based support programs.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and program audits.

  • Strong understanding of ECF CHOICES, supported employment services, and Employment First principles.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, documentation standards, and quality assurance practices.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build partnerships with employers and community stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic documentation systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Up to $55,000
